  1. At this time, any orders pre-paid with credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted) must be called in at 920-498-2025.
  2. If you would like to order by mail and know what you need, simply write us at: 1234 S.Military Ave., Green Bay, WI 54304 , or call : 920-498-2025 for more information

** Printing clearly, please include any model numbers or a detailed description for any orders along with your name & full address, no matter which method you choose. We want to make certain you receive the correct item(s). What you order is what you get.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive check by mail or credit card by phone payment (see shipping policies for contact information) .

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground

We value and appreciate your business, we also ask for your cooperation on our return policies. All items are subject to change or exceptions. We have these policies to maintain fair prices for our customers and quality products for the next consumer.
Our Return Policies:
  1. We will be happy to help you if you are not certain what you need for a particular project. Gift certificates are available if you are uncertain of a purchase for someone other than yourself. 
  2. We cannot accept returns on damaged items such as kites/ wind operated items, opened paints/modeling supplies, opened rocket/supplies or items without a receipt.
  3. Any returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee and turned into attorney if neccessary. (Be prepared to have identification for check and credit card purchases.)
  4. We do not take returns on magazines- however books are negotiable for a limited time after purchase.
  5. We do not accept returns on electrical items. Products sold new have contact information on the instructions for any problems. Used items are sold "as is". 
  6. Consumer will need to carry the cost of any returns on purchases via mail at this time.
